Observation would indicate that Germany is currently, in fact, *not* at war with Poland.
So on what basis is the Polish government planning to make these claims, and more crucially, how does it intend to enforce them?
This is unnecessary political theatre, at a time when European unity is *crucial* in the face of Russian aggression.

Does this mean Poland should return the territories they got from Germany? I ask because they’re saying they were “forced” by the Soviets to null the reparations. The same would be true for the territories they received after WW2.
Opens a big can of worms. how about think about handing back Silesia? Yeah thought not. Why not let sleeping dogs lie. Why dredge up the past. The Germans today shouldn’t have to pay today. Poland was obviously a victim but let the past be the past. I’m not sure what his angle is at doing this

Well, I guess given Poland’s arms build up, they could start applying pressure on Germany, but the reality is that Russia is the bigger problem and this build up is for defense against Russian aggression given recent actions in Ukraine.
