I’m potentially going to be in the market soon to hire someone to do a condition inspection on a 2000s-era detached house with a well and septic tank in Uusimaa; does anyone have any recommendations for inspection companies?
* Raksystems seem a bit on the expensive side, and have a few complaints online (but maybe this is just that a big company has more chances for people to complain)
* [Serviz](https://www.kunnontarkastus.fi/) seem cheaper and can provide an English-language summary, but I can’t find much online about them.

Hi, I have an experience with Raksystems as a prospective buyer, I was really pleased of the professionalism, the inspector (a lady) was very thorough and found some problems that led to a non sale. Let’s say the owner was less happy (at least one as they were multiple) and used another company for a follow up to try to lighten the reports finding. I would ask for them again if had to. Are you planning to do a pre-emptive inspection or one with a buyer?
