If had a £ every time I read or heard someone going on about how house prices where about to crash, I would have paid my mortgage of years ago “we have successfully maxed out the plebians” I would live house prices to plummet. Maybe then I can buy a house before I die Could it plunge rather hard and rather quickly please, my landlord has just died unexpectedly and I’d love to not have to move back home.
