Doctors considering quitting health service over pay, says BMA

  1. There was an idea floated around a while back that the only way junior doctors would be able to increase their pay is if they resigned en masse and only reapplied for their jobs when the wage reached an acceptable figure. Maybe the tories can find thousands of agency doctors at the same agency all the agency train drivers are waiting at?

  2. And with other nations sitting with open arms and far better terms no less.

Get ready for the drain to really kick in.

  3. We will increase recruitment abroad, draining countries like the Phillipines to act as if there is no crisis here. That won’t be sustainable and it will have to stop sooner or later. What will we do then?

  4. My local GP surgery only has part time GPs. They do most things by online consultations and texts.

Its a stark contrast to Junior doctors working crazy hours in frantic hospital settings.
