Usable days in the year: 3 equals to 22,5h. Unused vacation-days: 10.
I’m not HR nor any kind of official translator, so take this with salt
3 days or 22.5 hours of yearly vacation days to be used. 10 unused vacation days.
Google translate says 3 days. Also 10 unpaid days.
Additional information:
By law, you’re entitled to 2 days of annual holiday per full credit month. If you’ve been employed for at least one year (uninterrupted), you’re entitled to 2.5 days per full credit month. A full credit month is any month during which you’ve worked either 14 days or 35 hours.
As a foreigner working in Finland myself, I strongly encourage you to thoroughly inform yourself about the Finnish holiday laws and carefully read your contract on the matter. Frankly, the Finnish holiday law is shit an unnecessarily confusing. Also, I recommend joining a union, especially as a foreigner, as they have plenty of resources for you and they will provide you with legal counsel and legal representation if necessary.
This year you can use 3 days or 22.5h from a total pf 10 days. Or so I understood it, I might be wrong.
I think vuosivapaa and vuosiloma are different things in some TES (Työehtosopimus, collective agreement). So in reality I would *guess* you have 13 days of paid vacation but I’m not entirely sure. Ask from your boss and/or HR-department.
You have 10 days vacation and also 3 days vuosivapaa. Vuosivapaa is given instead of arkipyhä and its amount is relative to the hours worked during the year. For 22.5h one has to work 600 hours
