You’ve hit the jackpot. Care to name the hotel? I’ve had likely thousands of hotel breakfasts and seen a lot of variety – never beef tartare. But enjoy. Personally I’d say it’s the absolute best form of preparation.

Looks better than the typically standard, boring-as-shit hotel restaurant breakfasts.
Dread staying in hotels and face ‘groundhog day’ every morning.
Would you mind dropping the hotel name in DMs. I’ve never had a breakfast that good looking in Helsinki, next time I’m there I want to stay at this hotel! Thank you
I would be very startled to find beef tartare as part of a breakfast spread but I can’t think of what else it could be. God that looks good.
