  1. Good! People with an empty house will finally be inclined to sell one of their multiple properties so people without one can get the chance to be a house owner.

  2. ye fuck these companies aren’t ripping people off enough. Now they can also report you to the government if they aren’t milking you enough. Typical belgian solution of focusing small individuals rather than fixing structural problems.

  3. My French isn’t that good what would qualify as unoccupied? A vacation home that is only used during summer vacation is that allowed?

  4. Ik ben geld aan het sparen om verder de verbouwen over een jaar, maar voorlopig staat m’n kot dus wel leeg. Zou sucken als m’n energieleverancier me nu gaat narcen.
