So with the word “ODZ” being completely thrown out of the window, I wonder if “agritourism” will be the latest buzzword on the PA brown envelopes

Demolish the farm and return the land to the people? Nah, let’s build another hotel and block of apartments

U le man

  1. Maltese are very passive in regards to this subject (and many more), majority don’t care what’s happening. It’s a lost case, as it is embedded in our culture.

  2. They just know they can get away with it and the country is so tribal that pl supporters don’t care as it is their team doing it. That’s why in my view party politics has run its course.

  3. They think they are, and they mostly are. Or at least very ignorant about this subject

  4. Tbf, making the owner remove the farm and hand it over to the public is unreasonable without a fair expropriation. But yeah no idea how they are justifying 8 floors there, and an intensive land use to boot.

  5. There is no hope. I’ve lost it all. Most have already and are preparing to leave the country for good. It’s not a good place to raise a family.

  6. The island, has a majority of people, who are blinded by politics. Whatever they say, blue or red they follow, parrot and worship the words.

the future is lost until people actually wake up and realise that they can change the way they think and act.. But, until then, we are fucked. literally.

Both parties are money loving leaches, so where there is cash they make sure that all the favours, laws and policies are bent towards achieving that goal.

What I suggest youth and teens to leave and find your future somewhere else.

  7. Stop voting for 2 corrupt parties.. there are more choices. And don’t give me what’s the point bs, as long as nobody cares to vote for a change, there will be no change.

Look at Ukraine. They managed to get a proper candidate to the president cause they wanted to stop being corrupted country. But in Malta, every family benefits from corruption so much, I see no way you really WANT the change. As long as you want favors and excuses for your own shitty behavior (like illegal parking, illegal rent services, loopholes to avoid taxes and such) don’t go complaining about others being corrupt.
