I’ve seen so many of these with bare minimal sentencing …. You can literally get away with murder if you kill someone with a car
Off topic, but how can a 16 year old possibly grow a beard that dense with hair so coarse? That’s a more rugged beard than I can grow in my late 30s.
Car culture. But sometimes bikes will refuse to kill 50 people of pavements a year.
How the heck is that guy 15 with a full on beard?
Insufficient sentence. If you intentionally drive a vehicle the wrong way down a road, and you hit someone’s vehicle and cause a death, you should be charged with depraved heart murder, for which a life sentence should be the result with some minimum custodial term.
State of him.
Why doesn’t stuff like this come with a lifetime ban for driving? He’s ended three lives, why should he ever be allowed behind the wheel of a car again?
Hardly a deterrent. Needs to be 10years min without parole.

The judge’s comments are absolutely revolting. ‘Treat this as a life lesson’. It makes it seem so trivial, like he carelessly left a wallet on a train.
He is directly responsible for the deaths of three people. Three families ruined forever by grief. I’m sure they will be consoled knowing they are just part of this individual’s life lesson
