The first one is temperature and the second one is how long the sauna will be on. My guess is that you push it on, then set temperature and click ok. Then set duration and click ok.

Those types of controllers usually remember the previous setting and will heat up to what ever was set the last time, when you power it on.
Long press on ok until you get high temp on top and time on bot.
Just put the wood in, light it and press OK.
After you put power on, first numbers are timer if you want to delay the starting time. If not push ok.
Second is time how long you want it to stay on. Insert time and push ok.
Third is temperature.
Second and third might be another way around.
After you found good settings and don’t need the timer you just push power button and after some blinking it starts automatically.
Lower number is timer, top is temperature. Put some numbers in them and press ok, see what it does…
it’s alien technology – I have no clue what + and – might mean
Top screen temperature bottom screen timer I assume pressing ok will switch between the screens
