What happened was that who ever did this map searched for jokes in Portuguese and didn’t notice that the answer was in Brasilian-Portuguese and not Portuguese-Portugal. The Brasilians make jokes about Argentina. Not the portugueses. We make jokes about ourselves, Brasil and Spain.
It’s a mistake. It should be the flag of Spain. I guess the maker of this map confused the two flags.
