  1. After a nice tidy salary for a year of doing nothing but behaving as a lapdog.

The whole class of them play us for fools.

  2. ‘Allegra regrets any offence caused by misspeaking about the party we definitely didn’t have and I consider the matter closed’

  3. Not enough.

This in itself is an admission that the rules were broken.

Everyone who broke the rules put in place and attended that party need to pay the consequences….no matter how high up they are.

  4. In her statement, she apologises for her comments in the leaked video, not for the fact that they held a fucking party.

Classic “we’re sorry we got caught, not for what we did”

The name “Allegra Stratton” is very Brass Eye anyway.

  5. I don’t understand – possibly / probably appropriate that she goes…

BUT she wasn’t at the party was she? She was just joking about it… – who held the party, who went to that??? Surely they are the people who need to be identified?

  6. I hate this bullshit where politicians apologise only because they were caught.

If she had any sort of integrity, she would have whistleblown about the party months ago. Fuck her.

  7. The road to redemption is there if she wants it. First step is a trip to the police station to report what she knows.

  8. I take it that this party was just Allegra Stratton sat in a chair on her own wearing a party hat and miserably blowing one of those party blower things then?

  9. “regret the remarks for the rest of my days”

Right oh, she didn’t seem to regret them when making them, she seemed to have a lot of fun with it.

She didn’t appear to regret it for the year after.

Maybe, just maybe, she regrets *getting caught* making the remarks.

    Fuck her.

  10. If they think that sticking a single head on a pike is going to make this go away, they’ve got another thing coming.

  11. Oh no, not Allegra Stratton! Truly, the government will never function the same as before without their 48th designated scapegoat. Her absence will be immensley felt.

  12. If Boris thinks this make it all go away he is very wrong.

I have never heard so many people be so angry with Boris and its fucking brilliant
