Guys I will leave with a car on a ferry from Cherbourg (France) to dublin, I will use a gps ofc but idk the exact location I typed ‘’Cherbourg port’’ and there were multiple location, I saw a stena line location and then I typed Irish ferry’s Cherbourg port and then there was a option for that what should I do

  1. Direct Ferries isn’t a ferry company and all they do is search for “best” prices and one would assume they take a small fee and the ferry company slightly increases the price to cover said fee. So going by the name they’ve quoted a price from Irish Ferries. Better off going direct to the ferry company.

  2. It’s been a few years but IIRC it’s all one port, you just need to follow the directions to Cherbourg Ferry Terminal, 50100 Cherbourg-en-Cotentin and then follow the internal port signs for your ferry company.

    The last time I was there, Google Maps brought me to the wrong entrance so I drove (in a little bit of a panic) along the perimeter fence until I found the right entrance.
