I’m not saying the party happened and he was in attendance, however this is clearly misreading the national mood and certainly suggests he has something to hide. If it did not happen, like he claims, then he has nothing to worry about and only things to gain by allowing an investigation to prove that. This move just screams ‘something to hide’.
Expecting those in charge of this shambles of a government to accept even a single shred of responsibility?
Adverse inference, if he’s making it difficult to find out his whereabouts that day, then he 100% did attend.
