As someone who backpacked Norway for a few months I have seen my share of norse police.
There was this dude, that clearly have never ever driven on snow and his cars was slipping on a cliff.
Police officers have come within 5 minutes and politely secure the place and offered to drive the car out of that cliff.
I mean, I heard Norwegians are generally cold but that was brutal.
Are they allowed to do that, wearing jniform and everything?

And when the police is finished goofing off infront of the camera they will continue their days harrasing the youth, especially immigrants. They murder mentally ill people. They murder black people. They pick up drug addicts and drop them off in the ass end of no where. The police in Norway is not your friend and are just as “nice” as in any country.
But hey, guys, let’s not conflate how police act at a party with people they know with how they police neighbourhoods where the majority of the kids don’t look like themselves. Ask the 15-year-olds in Romsås and Stovner what they think of Norwegian cops, and I can promise you, dancing is far down on the list of verbs used.

This is standard Norwegian police.. not doing their job, and do as they please when they are working. And they are being police 24/7 and think they are part of their own class citizens. They are shooting people for having mental issues. And every case just gets shut down by the police crime investigators.. Norway is very corrupt and it is full of people high on themselves , braging of how good Norway is. But the truth is we have all problems the rest of the world has except that up until now it has not existed in the systems to catch corruption . And Norway score very low on that. So that most politicians and police and the richest just Get away with anything, if they say sorry when they are caught or lie away the reality..
Hi, Norwegian here. We are currently uncovering that the police has been abusing their power in drug related areas. Using force unlawfully, both with literal use of physical violence and forced drug testing. While the Norwegian police in general are pretty upstanding and great, they are by no means a welcome part of life for everyone. There is this corrupt (not yet proven in a court of law) organization, police officials meddling in politics, a rouge cop guy arresting people advocating for a drug reform… the whole nine yards.
