My biggest question is… why is the shell pink ? It should be red. Are there some babybel variants I don’t know about ?

Basically you’re meant to put it in the microwave for a few seconds, the red part will melt away and you’ll dip the cheese back into the red part, which is the sauce.
Try the red ones, there are much better, specially the white strip around. 100% authentic flavour :))
