The energy price cap not being in place to protect small, or even large, businesses will really have a massive impact on the economy. Loads of places will go out of business this winter.
Saw an article in the EDP about a shop in Norfolk and their struggles. Had to do a double take at the end.

£33 shop today, few vegetables, bit of fruit, bread, milk, ham, essentials basically. Not even a bag full of shopping.
18 months ago, I’d have got 2 or 3 bags for that… Unfortunately I can’t expense it. I’m just 1 in 10 million, feeling it. 😔
