You’re trying to tell people from the time period where Jewish people could banished from whole kingdoms just so the king didn’t have to pay his dept didn’t like Jews. This is absolutely shocking and unbelievable, unless you’ve looked at history going back more than 200 years.
Of course they were killed for just being Jews especially if anything bad was happening at the time like bad crops or disease the medieval period was fucking awful time to be alive you were lucky to get to thirty the church and state controlled virtually every aspect of your life, couldn’t even leave your village without permission for hundreds of years.
