Drinking tea may be linked to lower risk of death, study suggests

  1. These kinds of studies never hold up well. Nutrition over a lifetime among populations is just too mired in many variables to draw causal conclusions. The lower risk is could just as well be because if you’re sat at home drinking tea you’re probably not at the pub drinking alcohol.

    They do this all the time we seemingly every food and drink. They’ll say it’s bad for you, then a little later, they’ll say it’s good for you. Then it’ll be bad for you again. Then good.

    I never give it any mind at all. I just eat and drink whatever I enjoy eating and drinking, and just enjoy those little pleasures in my life for as long as I’ve got it for.
