I never thought I would see the day, but with the new tax relief from the French government, it is now **much cheaper to refuel in France than in Luxembourg**, so if you live near the border it’s a good opportunity. Just check on [https://www.prix-carburants.gouv.fr/](https://www.prix-carburants.gouv.fr/) for a good station as France doesn’t have fixed prices. **Some stations have even sold out**, I have never seen longer lines at a petrol station in France.

**France – Diesel: 1.69€, 95: 1.46€, 98: 1,57€**

**Luxembourg – Diesel: 1.83€, 95: 1.61€, 98: 1.84€**

  1. The tax credits are bullshit as at the end of the day money for the upkeep of the road infrastructure will be missing while She’ll continues to boast record profits.
Society is the loser here. The real question should be why it should be tolerated that some mineral oil companies he a $11 billion profit last quarter. Wtf how is this tolerable while the government has to use tax payers money subsidizing poorer families in order to ensure that they will have hearing this winter.

Tbf that’s mainly because there just aren’t that many on the French side for obvious reasons
