I’ve run into a problem with Tango. They claim that the work to install fibre was more complicated than a standard install (which I don’t agree with btw) and have charged me an extra 140 Euros for the work. When I questioned this they presented me this “proof.” This is not my signature and I am really disturbed that a company would fake my signature like this. Has anyone else ever had a similar experience?

No comment on the signature part but tango’s back office is absolutely useless. Procedure that was supposed to take 15 days to complete had been ongoing for a month, and after checking with customer support it has been declined for a missing document without any communication.
I wanted to put my phone number in my name, Tango wouldn’t do it without plenty of garbage administrative bullshit, decided to give POST a go and they managed to transfer it into my name from Tango within 2 days… Here’s to hoping I have better customer stories to tell about POST in a few years time.
You can file charges for fraud. If you are not willing to press criminal charges, send them a letter by register mail stating that this isn’t your signature and thus contest having signed the document in question (provided that this is the case).
