Can I travel to Germany with a 40cm knife?

Hey everyone, I have a student film shoot in October and I’m bringing some props with me from Portugal to Berlin on a flight.

I need to bring this Kukri knife https://ibb.co/bbMpW95 with me, can I store it in a locked checked suitcase to avoid problems? Or just bringing a knife like this can get me into trouble?
