9. The alternative is that they just tell everyone that brings their drugs in for testing that their drugs are contaminated and just confiscate them for their own safety.

10. At the end of the day we can all joke about it but 33 million a year is wasted on small possession charges while at the same time the city streets are dangerous due to groups of scrotes.
