What is this baby water? I visited today and saw so many of these and I don’t understand what they are for?

  1. Baby water is guaranteed to be original
It is actually a sub-category of spring water for which even stricter requirements apply. The nitrate content can only be 10 mg/l, 25 for spring water, the sodium concentration has a limit of 20 mg/l, 100 for spring water. Microbiological indicators are also stricter. The mineral content must not exceed 500 mg/l.

It may only be treated with UV light. “Precisely because it is forbidden any treatment that changes its composition, infant water is the only bottled water that is guaranteed to have its original natural composition”. Baby water is suitable not only for infants, but also for permanent drinking for everyone.

  2. It’s water for infants that should be better than tap water. It allegedly has a much higher standard for the lack of pesticides and chemicals, and specific mineral content suitable for babies. It says “no need to boil”. It’s BS if you ask me but they probably sell well considering how long they’ve been on the market.

  3. We buy a ton of these, used to make baby formula/ food for baby. It does say no boiling required (you should ALWAYS boil water for baby food), but we boil the shit out of it. Everyday my wife also boils vinegar in the kettle so no minerals are left in it.

  4. back in my days we didn’t have any baby water, we’d just boil tap water… somehow i’m still alive and well… marketing can do wonders to human psyche

  5. Shut up you all baby people with all your gimmicks for your little mfs. Go buy another pack of baby water than pour it into the baby
glass and don’t forget to do the other 99
baby things just to make sure your little baby will someday become even more dumb-headed adult than his parents were

  6. When i was a kid o refused to drink that water because i thought it was just for babies and drinking baby water was CRINGE!
    haven’t drank it since
