But this is a stupid movement. You will just go into arrears. If you don’t pay them you will be eventually cut off, passed to a debt collection agency or the courts, and you will find it very difficult to move supplier in the future.
It will have absolutely no impact on the energy companies that are making billions.

A very large section of British society seems obsessed with finding adversaries and organising movements against them that ultimately end up harming only themselves. It’ll end in tears, with any luck, but they’ll never admit their own stubborn stupidity.
OP if you can come up with a better suggestion for action against climbing energy prices, and one that doesn’t involve behaving like an absolute cunt, then I might be interested in signing up. Hard pass on this shite though.
