2. This is very interesting, the odd thing is that i recall my father saying somebody made pizza in his village. If this is the case that must have been pre-1960. I will have to check with him to make sure though.

5. Interesting! So Jack’s pizza started in Famagusta? I remember the place in a backstreet in Nicosia, my parents told me it was one of the first pizzerias in town. I guess it’s not there anymore, but I remember it at least into the early 2000s. Amore pizza in Nicosia was also legendary and very tasty. Andy’s is still there.
