My landlord gave me this while I was moving out: I don’t know German – what does it say?

1. It says “augenscheinliche Mängel vorab nicht festgestellt”. They didn’t see any obvious damage (yet)

2. Says no damages were noticed, aka youvdidnt damage anything like the floor, doorways, walls etc.

   If you did damage something he could ask for compensation

3. “Augenscheinliche Mängel vorab nicht festgestellt” = “No obvious defects immediately found.” It means that there doesn’t seem to be any damage or anything missing.
