MSPO International Defense Industry Fair, in which Turkey participated as the leading country, started on 6 September 2022 in Kielce, Poland. Before the official opening of the fair, Roketsan signed a technical cooperation agreement with the Polish Ministry of Defense in a very special ceremony.

Making statements on the subject, Roketsan General Manager Murat Second said, “There is a very serious potential for cooperation in the defense industry, depending on the rise of relations at the diplomatic level under the leadership of our President. Our Honorable Minister of Defense was here. Thankfully, they also support us in this regard. Our Defense Industry Presidency has very serious studies in this regard. We, as Roketsan, actually see Poland not only as a market but also as a European and NATO ally with which we can cooperate. In this context, we signed a defense cooperation agreement here. With this agreement, a defense cooperation protocol was implemented between the Polish Ministry of Defense and Roketsan.

Due to the rapid increase in relations between Turkey and Poland in the next stages, we aim to be here with our products. Especially our smart ammunition, our smart ammunition used in SİHAs, attracts a lot of attention. Our artillery systems 122, 230, 300 and our BORA Missile are among the products of interest in Poland. We are aiming to capture a very good potential by using this fair in the future, I hope.”
