No, got a purely finnish last name so it has no heraldry. Generally only swedish lastnames have them. I find it awkward to see people boast about these emblems as they remind me of the swedish rule and elite, but don’t care if someone has a swedish lastname otherwise.
Yeah, the Hoffren crest (can’t link an image right now sorry) my family is one of the seemingly hundreds that came from the mainline and the crest itself was commissioned sometime in the early 80’s as far as I know.
We have a small statue in middle of a field somewhere in eastern finland. Our “sukuseura” made it sometime. 120cm or something. No coat of armor thou.
Sounds rather posh to have one, but I guess that’s cool.
TIL, I had no idea these even existed. Never hear of them.
Yeah, my mother’s mother side has one.
You mean coat of arms cause to my understanding my family does not have that but we have a coat of armor in our garage if it was not cleansed from existence during the spring cleaning
What I love about Finland is that there is no indigenous nobility.
Not technically heraldry but we’ve got a logo of sorts.
Burke coat of arms
I have. It’s hodges.
Nah, I come from a long line of crafts people and fishers. Not a lot of use to cement a name. I like the idea though, as a designer.

I dont, but know a few who have.
Linduin? Or what’s the name?
Remove the house on top of the head and add an eagle of some sort
I do. Both sides of the family have a coat of arms. Mothers side is also from Karelia. Kivennapa, specifically.
We created ours. Our family motto is “Digitus Erectus” so you can guess what it looks like…
I do. [Kuisma coat of arms ](https://kuismansuku.fi/images/Sukutuotteet/vaakuna.jpg)
We don’t have a ”coat of arms” but we do have a banner.
[You can find the Räty family banner here:](http://www.kolumbus.fi/juharaty/Sukukokous%202003.htm)

likely story skinjob.
We have some type of ”family seal” but there’s a tiny bit of a swastika feel to it soooo I don’t wave it around.

In Spanish names we use two last names. [Salgado](https://www.plusesmas.com/genealogia/escudos/salgado/41359/) is one of mine.
