What does it mean when a listing says “the entire property is occupied under terms unknown. We have been advised by the vendor that no rent is being received”. Is this basically saying it’s occupied by squatters and good luck getting them out?

Also – why are real estate photos so incredibly bad for listings? Does real estate sell so fast that no one cares?

What is the deal with a 3 bedroom house having 2 double bedrooms and the third is barely big enough to swing a cat. (That doesn’t count as a bedroom in my book.)

Why are entrance ways/foyers/and upstairs landings and bathrooms so enormous but other rooms are smaller?

Why is the dormer style and pitched roofs so popular? (Such a waste of space and light)

Picture is of a bathroom in a listing – please can some one tell me why there is a piano in it?
