It’s hard to swim in handcuffs. Easy to remove them later.
Yet another idiot jumps in the local river and dies , I mean ffs ppl keep jumping in our river and dying does no body start to think that maybe jumping in the river that has taken so many lives is a bad idea ??

Why do people die when they jump into rivers?Can’t they swim? Do their clothes pull them down?
I’ve never understood why falling into water in relatively warm weather would be fatal.
The met police have a habit of letting people jump in the river they are arresting. Subsequently dying.
