This does not mean that they work from home most of the or all the time. I would like to see how IFO would break down in more detail.
If I have any say in it, yes. I can’t imagine me agreeing to any job contract that mandates a minimum number of work days spent at the office. What’s the point, if it’s a desk job? Occasional trips for specific meetings or activities, sure.
I only go to the office on days when I need to have several multi-person meetings, or when I want to be in the city centre anyway.
