So I have this “my eneco” account where I have to add my meterstanden each month (im in an apartment block with 7 apartments) but I dont really understand my comparison with “other families” on the graph.
first of all, the other families, are these the other appartments in my block or just an average family affliated with Eneco?
second question, especially the gas usage: how is it possible my usage is way less than the others? is this a bug?

Electricity is simply your usage vs the average of other users. Not other users within your block. It’s a country average. You can’t compare this. You could be alone and the average is the average ofc..
Gas doesn’t look like it’s rly measured for you..
Either way you’re better off asking your supplier
As previously stated the average electricity used is that of a normal family use in Belgian family or client of Eneco.
Your gaz consumption on the other hand seems bugged (or at least the graphic). Unless you do not heat your apartment nor what with Gaz. But in that case your electricity is to low for that.
You should check whether your input for Gaz is available but not show as an graphic or whether you still have your notes
For gas: did you use m3 or kwh? In case you used m3 you should multiply with 11,44
The average is the same for every customer (that is why it is an average). The only thing you have take into account is that the data used to plot the average is the same since 2019 (not 100% sure about the year but it’s at least 3 years old). It’s fun to compare to other users but you shouldn’t play much attention to it.
