They tell you in the second picture that the kitchen is new and if something breaks you have to replace it.
(I don’t think that this is legal, as far as I understand it if you rent something with kitchen it’s the responsibility from the land lord to make sure it works. As long as he can’t prove you did it on purpose) which explains the first picture with the monthly control, which is absolutely not common. Maybe once a year, but my land lord’s never came for something like this.
They also tell you that you must buy white curtains and are not allowed to use blankets or something similar to black the windows.
Which is also not legal I think.
If you ask me they are unfair to you and maybe a little bit racist because I don’t know if they would write this into my rent contract.
I don’t know in which situation you are, if you have other choices: run!
