3-10 years sounds oddly specific. I suppose PiS is ambitious and optimistic. Clearly they know they will win the next election, invade Russia and take Kremlin, as if it was 1612.
On a serious note, certainly we will face a war at some point. Might be 10, might be 100 years from now.

There’s interesting article published by a private intelligence firm Stratfor which predicts that within 10 years Russia may break into semi-autonomous regions… each with a nuclear arsenal. This may force the US to send in their military to secure them https://www.businessinsider.com/stratfor-has-11-chilling-predictions-for-what-the-world-will-look-like-a-decade-from-now-2015-6 not sure how credible that is but it honestly wouldn’t surprise me at this point.
