Hello folks. Struggle, lack of knowledge and dispute about consumer goods and business to consumer contracts are pretty common even among germans / native speakers.
But not a hole lot of people know this is why the *Verbraucherzentrale* exists. Their articles solve most problems many of us encounter.
Sadly, every service they provide is completely in german. This is why i had the idea to ask you, the community, to help to translate at least the most important acticles (together). ─ So these can can added to this subs faq / wiki ─ if the **mods** hopefully like this idea aswell.
Examples: [5057](https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/wissen/vertraege-reklamation/kundenrechte/alles-zu-gewaehrleistung-und-schadenersatz-5057); [5117](https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/wissen/vertraege-reklamation/kundenrechte/von-widerruf-bis-umtausch-wenn-sie-mit-der-ware-nicht-zufrieden-sind-5117); [60076](https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/wissen/digitale-welt/onlinehandel/widerruf-im-internet-was-tun-wenn-sich-der-onlineshop-quer-stellt-60076); [8350](https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/wissen/digitale-welt/onlinehandel/von-agb-bis-zahlung-welche-informationen-muss-mir-ein-onlineshop-geben-8350); [musterbriefe](https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/musterbriefe/vertraege-reklamation); [28123](https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/wissen/digitale-welt/onlinehandel/meine-rechte-beim-onlineshopping-28123). They are in no order, but these are the arcticles i linked to / cited the most.
Who is the *Verbraucherzentrale*? They are a NPO (e. V.) with special purpose and rights, demanded by law and formed by the government. To educate, support, protect and act as a *consumer*, on a municipal basis. For that reason it should be your main source for this kind of topics.
