Just Stop Oil protesters target London petrol stations

  1. This won’t go well. I remember the ER lot who climbed on the roof of a DLR train stopping people from getting to work.

That didn’t end well, when unhappy commuters decided to drag them from the roof and kick the shit out of them

  2. R/UK post on fuel costs: “when we rioting/protesting boyos?”

R/UK post on people actually protesting: ah well, it hurts working people, it’s not proper, it’s not the right time

    Shills much?

  3. ICE cars stop production in 2030, PHEVs in 2035. The high speed charging infrastructure is not widespread enough to enable people without off road parking to have BEVs. This is in the process of being addressed, in large part by the likes of Shell and BP because they know they have to.

Vandalism and protests like this serve no positive purpose as the country cannot change any quicker than it already is.

I work for a car manufacturer on BEVs and we are going as fast as we can already.

  4. Constantly fucking the people. Go protest at the walled homes of the greedy oil/gas bosses, not the workforce

  5. Tricky one. I support their cause entirely, but their methods that disrupt normal people just trying to cope with day to day life I’m not sure where I stand. It feels like they are just going to engender hatred in the general public.

But then again protests are absolutely justifiable.

  6. I think the silliest thing about these twats, is their name. It’s like a petulant and childish caveman trying to come up with a solution to a problem. Like, “Ughhh, just stop oil!”

It’s like saying, “Just stop crime.” to solve the problem of crime. It’s just so childishly dumb with no thought at all for HOW to stop it, just TO stop it, that it makes it all quite hilarious and silly! xD

You got cancer? Ughhh, just stop cancer!

Dogs got a flea problem? Ughhh, just stop fleas!

You’re in financial debt? Ughhh, just stop money!

God they’re so childish and idiotic hahahaha xD
