Did they take into account only ghg emissions from LU residents or biaised the result by using also frontaliers + foreign truckers filling their tanks in Berchem ?
How much is this high score caused by the daytime population (commuter-adjusted) being much higher than the number of residents? Nearly half of Luxembourg’s greenhouse gas emissions are due to selling fuel.
Luxembourg is #1, but from 2004 to 2019, it reduced from 30t to 20t. The plot is capped but the reduction is impressive.
