A colonial power is China who is buying Russian gas for $100-200, while it costs $2-3k. Russia is a colony.

I saw this part of the speech and here is what he actually said:
Russia was pressured from all sides into making a deal for this grain to be exported out of Ukraine so that the poor countries don’t starve. Russia agreed and worked with Turkey to make it happen. In the end only 2% of the grain went to those poor countries…
This is why he was irritated.
Yet another domestic audience strongman stunt, pay him no mind. This statement is not meant Europe.
