    The Queen did nothing for you. She didn’t make a contribution towards lessening the gap between those who have everything and those who will never have enough no matter how hard they try, all she ever did was widen that gap. She never helped the homeless. She never campaigned for an end to discrimination in any corner of the globe. She never spoke out in favour of subjugated people’s whose land was taken by force to be given the opportunity to control their own affairs and have self-determination. She spent her life travelling the world to 150 exotic locations to be feted and fawned upon and be waited on hand and foot, enjoying a life of supremacy while others worked. She reigned in a kingdom which espouses that it’s a meritocracy and everyone is equal and gained her position by doing nothing but being born. She is / was the head of an utterly outdated institution which conceptually is the polar opposite of everything which the UK supposedly stands for. You paid for her your entire life, have a little self-respect and don’t let yourselves slip into your expected positions of grieving inferior subjects, mourning of the loss of a woman who had it all from the day she was born without ever deserving any of it and who never lifted a finger to make your life better in any way.

13. Je suis le premier partant pour un peu (beaucoup d’humour noir mais je m’autorise un instant de sérieux pour lui rendre un véritable hommage.

    Politique, opinion sur la royauté et tutti quanti mis de côté… c’était une femme extraordinaire. C’est une ère qui s’achève.
