Can someone in the know provide some actual detail on how Albanian migrants are getting approved asylum applications. What are some of the more popular claims made?
I think that’s the problem with this whole thing is that we hear the numbers, the nationalities, but none of the reasons (by nationality) as to why they’re being approved… just a tacit mention of % of applications that have been approved/denied.
We need more detail to understand and dispel common myths about what’s actually going on when it comes to migrants arriving on boats to our country.
I would appreciate if anyone could provide some detail on this (e.g., common reasons for approving applications for asylum from countries that are not considered warzones, e.g, persecution due to religion, sexuality etc.).
In this data vacuum is where the alt-right/hard-right get to dance around and make up wild theories and play people like puppets.
*(wanting some honest/useful information, not silly people who want to go off on some anti-migrant rant… or head-so-open-my-brain-has-fallen-out pro-migrant rant for that matter)*
