(With the big handle and giant straw and the encouraging slogans at each measurement)… for a 5r …I’m not using for gym but just to do the 2 litres recommended daily thing for as long as I can and see what it does apart from possibly going to the bog more. I got it and already the built in straw is a game changer to getting the h20 down without it being a chore, its like a giant big gulp thing, don’t want to sound like reinventing the wheel here but when it comes to 2 litres the benefit it unbelievably noticeable. Highly recommended, give it a go if you’ve been thinking about it!….https://www.webmd.com/diet/what-is-too-much-water-intake..>>edit link to info about overhydrating just to be safe.

  1. It’s a myth that you need to drink two litres of water a day. Your body needs two litres a day, but that includes the water that you get from other drinks, and from food.

Often see people doing this “hack” with a two litre bottle to make sure they drink enough water, but I don’t understand how people can *not* be drinking enough water. Surely you drink whenever you feel thirsty?! If your thirst response is not working properly maybe get yourself checked for thyroid issues/diabetes.

  2. Drink when you’re thirsty, that’s the trick.

Drinking more than needed will do nothing but have you going to the bathroom more often.

So much misinformation around, many from studies funded by water bottle companies.
