In 1940, under occupation, Polish nazi collaborators used it to differentiate Polish-run shops from those run by Jews.
Currently used by neonazi groups, and banned by Football Against Racism in Europe.
The cross is just two nazi swastikas obfuscated.
The text is just one of the Polish neonazi slogans, probably taken from some song.

Without reading any other replies, I’d say that this is some sort of not so secret Nazi symbol. It doesn’t take Robert Landon to see elements of the swastika, iron cross and eagle that aren’t so cleverly hidden. In fact the axe handle is the only part that doesn’t have some nazi inspiration. Clearly the neo-dumbass that designed it, isn’t a subtle as he or she thinks.
