The hypothetical is pretty interesting but theres always a give and take for everything…the downside would be killing off natural habitats and environment so its a give and take.. Could it be yes… would it be an industrial nightmare of a country with prob more industrial waste and more man made natural disasters also yes… dont think its exactly worth it to give up one for the other.
