So, I think the process is:
– Get proper photo taken and printed
– Bring old, expired Osobna and current valid Passport (from another country) for identification
– Go to Police station, say I want Osobna and which kind (express or regular time)
– Pay at Post office, return to Police and finish process.
Is this ok? Am I missing something?
My mom hasn’t made a new one in like 10 years, she hasn’t visited in a long time but needs one now for some legal stuff here.
Thanks for any input, she’s old and I don’t want to drag her around town without having everything prepared first..

From MUP website:
> An identity card is an electronic public document that proves a Croatian citizen’s identity, Croatian citizenship, gender, date of birth and **residence in the Republic of Croatia**.
I’m not sure your mom actually qualifies for new osobna (identity card) since she doesn’t live in Croatia.
