12. This should be reported. Anyone beating a woman ,no matter race , ethnicity or reason should be arrested

13. Fine and jail the guy ffs. It’s not okay to beat people, and it’s not okay to provide “accommodation” with no electricity and running water.

16. There’s a lot to take in here.
    This is an unfortunate event that should have never happened.
    What has been found out is that the woman was squatting and managed to illegally transfer the electricity into her name and then not pay. Either rent or anything else.
    The wife of the old man has cancer and receives treatment.
    What’s also known is that authorities where informed multiple time and yet no one did anything.
    The man should have never beaten her but the police, eac, authorities are equally responsible for what happened.
