Cases went down a lot, but we still have around 4-5k cases per day and quite a high % of filled ICU beds. Hopefully this will go down soon as the cases have been decreasing quite well the last two weeks.

So cases will go up again and then what? The lockdowm supporters can never answer the simple question of end goal.
Eventually you have to do what we on the UK have done. Open it hard and fast over summer months and ride that motherfucker out using built up immunity and widespread vaccines. There is no alternative.
But I’m sure Austria will do another lockdown soon and on and on into eternity.

Yes yes, bring on the downvotes. I’m double vaccinated already but I think these kinds of restrictions of freedoms are taken very lightly by the general population.
It’s scary and sets precedences we might not want in the future. It takes so very little for people to love authoritarianism apparently.
