Being trans is already playing life on hard mode, being trans while living in a country where the government uses your general existence as a dead cat strategy is just cruel and unusual. I don’t know any trans people, their existence has no impact on my life whatsoever, yet some people are just frothing that some people live a life less conventional than them. It is ridiculous to get so mad about something that does not affect you in any way whatsoever, yet it works so well that the Tories use it as a weapon consistently.
