Visitor visa expired 6 months before the attack too. He needs a lengthy jail sentence and sent back to Nigeria at the very least.

Would be better to say, that the nonce gets sentenced to an indeterminate sentence that will terminate once the victim has fully recovered and gives consent to release the nonce.
