What does 324 m.o.h. and the Kongsfjordfjellet mean? Found it in ETS2 but couldn’t find any info on it

  1. In depth: ‘Kongsfjordfjellet’ , or Kongsfjord mountain (someone else has done the really spelled out translation of the entire mountain’s name), ‘324 meter over havet’ (shortened ‘m.o.h.’ as seen), which means/translates to 324 meters above the ocean/sea-level.

  2. It stands for “Morons Over Here.” The government puts these up to commemorate the number of local fools who supported the losing football team in the last national championship.

  3. Sometimes im convinced people cant use google. Like this is 1 google phrase away. I dont get why people would like to rather wait for people to answer, then to get the answer right away. And yes, comments like this always gets downvoted. Dosent change the fact that there is such a thing as stupid questions on forums and reddit.

  4. After reading the answers here it’s clear that many need to look up the difference between «over» and «above» haha

  5. So weird seeing a sign of such a small place, where I’ve spent most of my summers fishing and on holiday in general. Such a beautiful place. I assume you visited Berlevåg?

  6. On the topic of ETS2, especially the Promods map is very accurate to the real places. Just a shortened down version of them, but scenery is almost the same.
I also hope you drove Scania for god sake.

  7. 324 m.o.h means 324m above sea level. Kongsfjordfjellet is kings fjord mountain. This is about as far north as you get in Norway. So even :24m feels like a mountain. It is probably the highest point on the road from Kongsfjord, a village.
